From new residential builds to commercial fit-outs and full renovations, every Summit Build Projects contract is managed end-to-end by our own directors and vetted site teams.
Commercial Construction
Offices, retail units, warehouses and light industrial structures delivered on programme. Our commercial teams coordinate engineers, suppliers and municipal approvals from day one.
Renovations & Alterations
Kitchens, bathrooms, open-plan conversions and structural alterations. We work cleanly around occupied homes and businesses, with dust control and staged handovers.
Project Management
Full turnkey management including planning submissions, quantity surveying, subcontractor coordination and progress reporting you can actually read.
Structural & Concrete Works
Slabs, retaining walls, foundations and reinforced concrete structures built to SANS specification, with engineer sign-off on every pour.

Leak Detection Services
Accurate leak detection and targeted repairs to reduce property damage. We trace concealed pipe leaks, water ingress and roof waterproofing failures, then quote and reinstate the affected finishes.
Storm & Water Damage Claims
Storm and water damage, roof repairs, escape-of-water damage and full building reinstatement. We carry out inspections, prepare detailed scopes of work, BOQs, photographic reports and claim-related quotations for insurers and loss adjusters.

Summit Build Projects (Pty) Ltd was founded on a simple frustration: clients being passed between call centres while their build stalls. Our two directors — Chris Smidt,and Urshula Coetzee — are on site, on the phone and accountable for every project we sign.
We operate across the Garden Route, with our head office at 29 Voorbaai Mosselbay. Whether it is a family home in George or a commercial fit-out along the Garden Route, the same standard applies: correct work, honest timelines, and a finish we would accept in our own homes.
